In a letter to The Times , former ministers including Andrew Mitchell, David Davis, Lord Maude or Horsham and Lord Deben, and business leaders Sir John Rose, a former head of Rolls-Royce, and Marcus Agius, a former head of Barclays, called for Dr Mike Lynch to remain in the UK rather than be ordered to face US justice.
